It has been almost 2 months since our world was turned upside down - just like yours. These past few days have seen the hospitality and catering industry left shaken with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Planned parties, events, conferences, tourist groups, outside catering and weddings have been cancelled or pushed back due to the closing of airports and other safety restrictions. We truly miss the days of having back to back meetings with our clients, showing them around our beautiful venues and planning their event to the final detail. There is no question that this is a time of great uncertainty.
Overcoming obstacles is not new to us - we do it on a daily basis. As we face perhaps the biggest obstacle that our industry has ever seen and whilst we do not know exactly what the future may hold, we feel confident that by supporting each other and remaining positive we will emerge from this stronger than ever before.
Fundamentally our clients and the relationships we have built with our guests is what keeps us thriving. All our team from Bottegin Palazzo Xara, MUŻA Restaurant, Grotto Tavern and our new project Barracudas Veċċja are dedicated to work together to ensure there is flexibility throughout these unprecedented times. We are committed to continue to bridge strong communication between us whilst all moving forward.
Through these challenging and turbulent times, our team remains here ready to support you in any way we can. We have faith that the familiar pinging sound of emails and buzzing phones will be restored in the near future... and we very much look forward to that day.
